Basic Setup & Advanced Functions


In the Switcher Configurator you can set up and style your language switcher. You can also enable automatic redirection to each visitor’s preferred language, add a currency switcher, and link languages across international domains.


Simply open the Switcher Configurator in your langify Dashboard to find these categories: 


  • Selectors: Customize your switcher - Languages, Country & Currency, Placement, Appearance.
  • Recommendation: Suggest your visitors their preferred language, and choose how the banner appears.
  • Detection & Redirection: Automatically re-direct your visitors according to their browser language.
  • Market Domains: Connect languages across different markets and their domains.




International domains are available on the Basic Shopify plan or higher.



Selectors


In your Selectors section, you can adjust your languages switcher. Out of the box, it is placed in the bottom right. Easily make the switcher design fitting to your theme with our customization options:
