Yes, your checkout can generally be translated.
In case your theme comes with the added language out of the box, the checkout translations are added automatically. Otherwise, the checkout has to be translated manually in langify at Online Store -> Theme -> Shopify.
Unfortunately, custom shipping details cannot be translated during the regular Shopify checkout.
