In this article, the general update process is explained. Why updates are necessary due to Shopify. And how to do it easily inside our app. 

Whenever an update gets launched, you get a message in app like this: 

Simply click on the update button to activate it on your end.

If you have the cross domain feature enabled, please disable it to proceed as indicated here: 

Step by Step: 

1. Click on the update button in the top left
2. Should the 'cross domain feature' be active, please disable it
3. Check that everything works fine in your store
