If you experience any issues (for example, if a part of your store doesn't get translated, the switcher doesn't appear where you'd expect it to be or you feel stuck at some point), don't hesitate to contact us at support@langify-app.com.

If your decision is final, you can cleanly uninstall langify by following these steps:

  1.  If you have added a language switcher already, please remove it again (or contact us if you need help with this).
  2.  If you have published your translations already, please click "un-publish translations" next to your theme in the "Settings / Theme Settings" section in langify and wait for the process to finish.
  3. Uninstall the app as described here (the subscription will be canceled along): https://help.shopify.com/manual/apps/working-with-apps#uninstall-an-app
